Roman enjoyed his respite stay at Brian House last week. Mum was unhappy to be asked to provide up to date medication label shortly prior the admission. It was explained to her this was needed for transcribing and to ensure the correct medicaion dose was administered.
Suggested improvements
Mum feels she is not as close to staff as previously, the personal relationship is not the same. Management are happy that staff are conducting themselves within their boundaries.

Teddy had a good time when at Brian House for 2 nights respite stay I ask week. The staff took great care of him and his parents just wanted him to have fun, which he did.

Dairy come to Brian house last week for day care. The staff do an amazing job and take great care of her. I have confidence and trust in them when looking after dairy and they always keep me well informed about what they are doing with her.

Lizzie and Rose enjoyed her day care last week at Brian house. The staff took great care of her.
Suggested improvements
Mum is disappointed that some of Lizzie- rose overnight stage have been canceled. It has been explained this is due to staffing issues.

Kian stayed at Brian house last weekend for 2 nights. The had a wonderful time going bowling and to stanna park with the staff. The Brian house staff are great.
